SCRIPTURE

         02 - 02 - 01

      Hey hey heY,

Waassuup? Nothin much over here. I just left prayer with my
fellowship about 45 minutes ago. It was pretty kool. But what i do wanna do
right now is congratulate a friend. YO FRED!!! CONGRATS DAWG!!! He and his
partner got First Place at the annual MIT 6.270 Autonomous Robot Competition.
It aint no joke either, very challenging. Excellent job, praise God. Well
then, on to Scripture.

Kyoo, I read Romans 10:1-17. Verse 17 was pretty kool (along with many
other verses in this chapter). Here it go.

17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the
message is heard through the word of Christ.

I thought this pretty tight. What can one have faith in if s/he has not
heard? Heard what? The word of Christ. Truth yo. If one doesnt hear, that
one wont believe. There are couple places in the Bible where it says "...you
have eyes, but do not see; you have ears but do not hear..." Therein lies the
problem. If we have ears, let us hear, truly hear. why? cuz "faith comes
from hearing the message." gotta crawl before we can walk. And what is that
message? The message contains much, and its all open to us, the Word man. Our
sword, and the truth. And it tells much and of the promises of God. checkout
verse 9, "That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in
your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is
with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth
that you confess and are saved." mad tight mad tight. Hear the message yo,
faith comes through hearing.

      Hey, I'm out, peace.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 05 - 01

      Hey hey hey,

Wassup tomodati? WEll well, today has been quite a busy day. But
everything seems to be flowing quite smoothly (nakanaka ii desu ne). Yuuup.
Today I interiewed for and secured an job for this term at school (maaaad
easy), met my advisor, registered for classes, busted open a can o' whuppin on
that japanese placement exam, busted open a moderate can o' whuppin on the
oral interview japanese exam too, and finally had first staff meeting for new
my new job. But thats not it, there's more to come later. But im pretty
smug thus far. In any case, I made a change to the Scripture emails if you
hadn't noticed, they now come out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays now instead
of Mon-Fri. Thought it might be a good idea so peoples boxes arent
overwhelmed with them (cuz i know some o' dem get kinda loooong heh heh).
Aight well I am lookin forward to reg day service tonight and the term kickin
off tomorrow....the battle begins. On to Scripture.

So this is what happened right, I'm flippin through da Word readin stuff
here and there and everywhere, then I get to 2 Corinthians 2:17

17 Unlike so many, we do not peddle the word of God for profit. On
the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, like men
      sent from God.

And i thought, wow, uh huh, SHOOOONUUUF!!! You all know what a peddler is
right. They are those kats who sell kool who sell kool stuff on the streets
with their kool karts and stuff. OH, the best kind are the ones that sell
those icies, you know the slushy icies with the liquid flava stuff
oooooooweeeeee thats good stuff....ahem...aight back to what i was saying.
Basically they sell stuff and make a pretty penny. Sometimes what they sell
is good (if they are honest) other times its not even second rate, or third
rate... The way Paul is describing them here its almost derisive. In other
words, he's talking about the latter kind of peddler, the ones who cheat, etc.
In speaking to his brethren, Paul tells them we are unlike so many... I
wasnt too surprised at his choice of words. Its sad but true, there are many
who peddle the word of God merely for profit. And these are the same ones who
lead many down the wrong path, or wrong someone sooo bad that that person
gets turned off from the truth cuz all that surround him/her are hypocrites.
Dont be that guy, or that girl, who peddles the word of God for profit. Dont
be part of that "many", cuz they are runnin the race but took a wrong turn,
instead of runnin on the straight and narrow, they are on the wide and curved.
In the words of Paul, "On the contrary," speak with sincerity. The truth
should be like fire in your bones bursting forth, not held back and "peddled"
out according to how much chump change one will make. Cuz money ain't even in
the same league with the truth. The truth will set people free, will lead
people to Life, money, thats temporal, of the world, and will perish with the
world, and it definitely will not go with that kat when he bites the big one.
I like how Paul says it,

On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, like
      men sent from God.

Like men and women sent by God, not like posers or con artists or greedy
money grubbers, but like men and women sent by God. Let us be sincere and
show the true kingdom of God.

Aight bruthaz and sistaz, got some mo business ta haaaandle. peace out.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 07 - 01

      Gooooood afternoon,

It is a nice wednesday afternoon here in Boston. Sun is out, snow is on
the ground, peaceful, birds flying in the air, harmonious, tranquil,
tiiiiiiight. I only had 2 classes today, that makes me happy heh heh. I
also saw some mo' friends today that i hadnt seen since Christmas break and
IAP, reminiscin' and such. How is it going over there? Chillin? Hit me up
and let a brutha know. Aight, on to Scripture.

      Kyoo I read Colossians 2:6-8.

6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live
in him, 7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as
you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. 8 See to it that
no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy,
which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this
      world rather than on Christ.

Verse 6 and 7 are an encouragement. Our fellow bro from waaaaay back when
writes words that even today spur fellow bruthaz and sistaz on to this day to
do what? To continue to live in Christ Jesus just as we received him as Lord.
We are encouraged to be rooted and built up in him. If something is rooted,
it will take a lot to uproot it. And if one is roots are deep, they ain't no
way s/he will be uprooted. They become strong and are built up. Built up
high and magnificent. Shining yo. And strengthened in the faith. Man, if ya
got faith, true faith, faith even as a mustard seed, woooooooweeeee. You will
not be shaken, instead you will be strengthened, secure in your faith, knowing
that you know that you know that you got God. And with God, no weapon formed
against will prosper. Awesome huh, its soo awesome that thankfulness should
overflow our cups. That Christ came down and died or us allowing us such
personal relationship with Pops, wow. For me, there's no end to the thanks.
I am thankful even more that I learned at a young age, came to a realization
of who Pops is, personally. And now, I'm chillin with the Creator as much as
i can untill we actually are with him for everlasting. Be rooted and built
up, strengthened in the faith and overflowing with thankfulness. In so doing,
be not lead astray by "hollow and deceptive philosophy," which exists in all
forms. Paul describes some of these forms: that based on human tradition
and basic principles of this world. Man things based on the world, how can
they compare to he who made this world? Hence don't fall prey to these
philosphies, remain rooted in Christ. Base everything on Christ, he who died
for us and he who is now at the right hand of the Father. Hear Pops, talk to
Pops, man, he is chillin with open arms waitin for you, to hold you and keep
you, to protect you from the evil one, so that you could be of him and not of
the world and therefor not bound by world but able to do all things through
Pops.

      Aight potnas, catch yall later.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 09 - 01

      Hey Peeps,

Well well, First week of school done, and i already had 2 quizzes, both of
'em relatively easy though. So now im chillin. My fellowship went out
together after prayer together. Me thinks they are going to this mall that is
a ways away just ta chill and check it out. But another and I could not go
because of other duties that called. I had ta meet with the small group at my
house to schedule a time to vamp up da Bibles Studies again. But I missed
dinner!!! I came back to my crib, and aaaaall da food was gone, EVEN ALL THE
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!!! There was white chocolate, but I like the brown
chocolate better, otherwise its just not th same. And the only pizza that was
left..... was vegetable pizza ewwwwwwww. Those of you who know my eatin
pattern know that me and vegetables, nada, we don't mix. heh heh, anyway on
to Scripture.

      Kyoo, I read 1 Corinthians 1:8,9

He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on
the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God, who has called you into
fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.

Comforting no? To know that God will keep us strong to the end so that we
are blameless on that day. And not only that, but that God is faithful. That
reinforces the passage that says He will never leave us nor forsake us.
Reassuring indeed, but sometimes we ourselves cause a separation. Checkit,
God will not leave nor forsake us, it says so right here, that Pops is
faithful and will keep us strong. But how do we mess that up? Well, simple,
by willingly doing that which is wrong. Every time we do something we know we
ought not to, that adds another barrier. Like dominoes they can fall, but
like dominoes they can also be re-stacked. Making a mistake and not knowing
we do something wrong is altogether different, but knowingly doing something
wrong, man. That's like opening the palms of our hand and smacking the face
of he who created us. Its like biting the hand that feeds you. It's like
dishonoring the person you respect the most most most most. And yet, we do it
everyday, further add barrier after barrier. But if we earnestly repent of
it, not just say it just to say it and turn around and do it again. But if we
earnestly try to turn from those ways, like dominoes those barriers tumble and
God remains faithful. Pops continues to remain faithful even when we continue
pushin ourselves away cuz Pops won't leave or forsake us although we at times
forsake him. So bruthaz and sistaz, dont forsake him, for he will never
forsake you. The only person who can separate you from his love is you.
Let's not do that. Pursue to do that which is right and good.

Aight peeps, time to bounce. Don't what im going to do but its friday
night and i feel alright. Hopefully i can chill with this one person, but
we'll see. Peace.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 13 - 01

      Hey YO!!!

WAzzzuuuuUuUUuup!! Gettin everything you can out of life? The little
things and the big things, even the medium things, all come together and bring
depth and breadth to life. Cherish everyday, every hour, every minute, and
every second, cuz once it's passed, it is passed. Live that second, and each
ensuing second. Well, today has been pretty good thus far. School hasn't
quite hit me yet, but i'm sure in the next couple days i'll get the full wake
up call. Meanwhile, and even after, I'll still be chillin. Aight, on to
Scripture, da real deal. ... well i started writing this at 5:10pm, then i
had ta go and run errands, now its 12:03am, sorry for gettin this out late.
onward.

Kyoo, I read Matthew 18:10-14. I'm not sure if I wrote on this before, but
I might have, anyhow, its tight.

12 "What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them
wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to
look for the one that wandered off? 13 And if he finds it, I tell you
the truth, he is happier about that one sheep than about the
ninety-nine that did not wander off. 14 In the same way your Father
in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should be lost.

Nice nice, this here is Jesus talking. In that day, there were a lot of
farmers and such so this sheep analogy struck home. If this man owns hundred
of these sheep, and of them gets lost, that man will go and look for that lone
sheep. It's his sheep, he has been raisin and taking care of it, feeding it
and nurturing it, he ain't about ta lose it. So he goes and he searches, and
if he finds it, Jesus then uses those awesome awesome words, "I tell you the
truth". Homeboy doesnt even have to say something like that cuz there is no
doubt that he would tell the truth. Jesus ain't gonna lie. Yet he does say
it. If Jesus purposely says, "I tell you the truth" whooooo better watch out
now, awesome stuff is about to come forth, or an earnest warning. So homeboy
says that he tells you the truth, that man who finds that one sheep is happier
about finding it than about the other 99 who did not wander off. Now checkit,
if that's the simple action of man, think about the action and reaction of
God, our Pops up above. Right there in plain simple english it says,
"..your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should
be lost." It doesnt say one, or two, or 50, it says any. that not one be
lost. If one wanders away, and s/he is found, man what rejoicing will there
be in heaven, by the angels, by Pops, not too mention your bruthaz and sistaz
here. Know that Pops wishes not one to be lost, not one. So come, come to
the Father. And even if one wanders away, s/he will be searched for, and if
found, what rejoicing will there be. Pops loves ya, each and every one.

Aight bruthaz and sistaz, again my apologies for the lateness. my bad.
Take care and hit me up with a 411. Peace.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 14 - 01

Hello, buenos dias, sak passe, ohayoo, bonjour!

Mi amigos y amigas!!! Aujourdhui cest le jour de l'amour n'est pas?
yes indeed it is. Aaaand i'll stop playin the language switcheroo. Well,
people everywhere are dressed in red, others treat their loved ones to dinner
instead. Still others plan more elaborate schemes, all in all to express
their love for thee. Love, just what is it? Well since it's valentines day
and all, let's talk about da love that this day celebrates.

Kyoo I read Song of Songs 8:7

7 Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot wash it away. If one
were to give all the wealth of his house for love, it would be utterly
      scorned.

Verse 6 is more tight, but I wont write it down here, if your curiosity so
pokes at you, open up da Word and take a look see. Meanwhile, let's check t
his one out. It starts out by saying "many waters cannot quench love; rivers
cannot wash it away." Many waters huh, thats a lot of kinds of waters. You
got waterfalls, floods, hurricanes, icebergs, waves, etc etc etc. Yet all of
that cannot quench love? What does quench mean exactly? Well, according to
our good friend webster it means:

1 a: PUT OUT, EXTINGUISH b: to put out the light or fire of c: to cool
suddenly by immersion d: to case you to lose heat or warmth 2 b: to
terminate by or as if by destroying: ELIMINATE.

Hmmm, interesting, a hurricane can certainly eliminate a lot of stuff. Man i
seen first hand what one of dem bad boys can do. Yet, it cannot eliminate
love. Nor can any of the other water types cool the passion of love, nor can
any of the water types put out the light or the fire of love.... wow. So what
is that saying? Well, it sounds like its saying if there is love, aint no way
it fire can be put out, made calm, or eliminated. This kind of love is true
love. Not the transitory love defined by society today, "ya love 'em, then ya
leave 'em." No no, that kind aint love, this right here, that the Bible is
talking about, man, that's love, indomitable, indestructible, eternal, a flame
never subsiding. And that's not all, "rivers cannot wash it away." All this
talk about different types of waters and rivers, they all stand for
circumstances that can and will happen in life. But none of these should
cause love to fade if in fact the love that existed was indeed love. The next
part is pretty kool too. "If one were to give all the wealth of his house for
love, it would be utterly scorned." Yup yup, that's saying that this kind of
love, man, it can't be bought. Not with money, not with material things, not
with stocks, not with buying lots of gifts. Why? Because that is not what
love should be based on. Man, how can one base love on material wealth when
in any second all that wealth can vanish. But love, true love, that is
unending and cannot vanish. So any so called "love" based on material stuff,
man watch out, because its going to vanish. No, instead have that love that
never ends, who's candle light cannot be blown out. True love, and remember
that this Valentines Day.

To ALL da Ladies in da HIZOUSE........ HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!! Peace,
love and honor.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 19 - 01

      Hey yo!!

Wassuuup!? Chillin over here chillin over here. Did you have a pretty
good three day weekend? Mine was pretty tight and eventful. Also one of my
friends from high school who is now at NAPS came over for the weekend. So we
did a whole bunch of stuff. The break was well needed. But now gots ta get
back on track cuz the week is about to start. mmmhmmm.. Well I hope things
are going well with you. On to Scritpure.

      Kyoo, I read Proverbs 19:18,19

18 Discipline your son, for in that there is hope; do not be a willing
      party to his death.

This is pretty deep and so true. Not all of us have kids but we all were lil
kids at one time, and some of us still are kids. So some are on the receiving
discipline side of the line, others are on the dishing out discipline side.
And both are important. The one dishing out must understand its importance as
well as the one receiving. Checkit, you ever come across a person who is not
disciplined in the slightest? What kind of person are they in general? Are
they wild and crazy, without bounds, or disrespectful? Take a moment and
think about it. Now take those who are disciplined. Those who are learn
stuff about life. The learn about things which are acceptable and which are
not. The learn about respectin others, they learn about how far they can go
before offended someone, and the list goes on. The Parent who discplines his
child also instills hope that that child will be wiser in his ways. S/he that
does not discipline their child loses that hope cuz now that kid has no
bounds. When a kat has no bounds, s/he can and probably will do any and
everything hence the second part of the verse, "do not be a willing party to
his death." This death can be actual physical death, or social death,
economic death, emotional death, etc etc etc. In other words its like the
'rent willingly aloud their young to die because they haven't taught them
anything by not disciplining them. On the receiving end, us kids should also
realize that the discipline we receive is for our advancement. If we are
allowed to run free, then either we learn the hard way out in the world or
don't learn at all and worse things happen. Gotta realize that our 'rents
don't wish to be a willing party to our death but a willing party to our life.
Aight peeps, time for me ta bounce. I write on verse 19 in the next
installment. Its a pretty profound verse too. Peace out people and take care.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 21 - 01

      GOOOOOOD MORNING!!!

It is an excellent morning too no doubt. I'm sittin here chillin
about to do some work. After waking up yesterday, I don't know, I just felt
awesome, like I could take on the whole world. And so it continues. For
those of you who don't know, I forgot to mention on Monday that I was promoted
to the rank of blue-black stripe on Saturday in Jiu Jitsu. That was fun. But
what was even more awesome was last night. The Discipleship by Design class
did their evangelistic project last night. It was a movie night showing the
Shawshanck Redemption. Afterwards there was a discussion paralleling the film
to things in life, ie Jesus Christ and his message as well as the power of the
human spirit etc. Anywho, all the students of the D x D class put it together
and it ran smoothly and the discussion, man it was awesome. Congrats to them
all. Aight, on to Scripture.

Aiiiiiiiight. Remember I said i was going to write about verse 19 today?
Yup yup, i said it i said it. Here it go, Proverbs 19:19

19 A hot-tempered man must pay the penalty; if you rescue him, you will
      have to do it again.

I read this and i was like, "Tru Tru." There are some people who are just
waaaay to nice, and its just by their character. There is nothin wroooong wit
dat. And then you have your kats who lack control. Anything will bring a
rise out of them. And many times over, they will do something that can get
them in HUGE amounts of doo doo. But, here comes nice guy/gal to save the
day. This nice guy/gal may be a close friend to the hot-tempered guy/gal and
is being the best friend they can possibly be. And therein lies the irony.
Sometimes a friend can prove to be more of a friend by not doing anything.
That probably takes more heart and more guts than merely rescuing your friend.
But sometimes the constant rescuing actually hurts your friend. And the only
way your friend might actually learn something is if s/he pays the penalty.
It's like a child, that little bubbly person wants to touch the oven. S/he
thinks its koooool. But Moms and Pops say, "no no, don't touch the oven, it
is hot." But the kid is like, "yeah yeah, that's cuz you're old and have no
sense of adventure. Me on the other hand, heh heh heh, I wanna take da jump."
So, thinking s/he is all sneaky and stuff, when da 'rents aren't payin
attention, s/he creeps up to the oven. Oh, and that baby is on. The kid has
this smile of glee on his/her face cuz s/he just duped da 'rents. The kid
reaches up and touches...... aaaaaand s/he will never do that again ever.
See, the kid had to go through the experience and face the consequences before
s/he learned. Though the 'rents rescued the kid everytime they could, this
time they got duped, and in their being duped, the kid learned a valuable
lesson. Too bad s/he had to learn the hard way, but s/he learned. In the
same way your hot-tempered friend just wont learn unless s/he pays the
penalty. That's just some people because their hearts are hard, and they will
not listen, and all that is left is to experience the consequences. Rescue
your friend if you can, and more importantly if you can speak sense to him or
her, even better. But if you speak sense and s/he won't hear and you must
continue to rescue him/her over and over.... maybe it's time you hold back and
let the him/her pay the consequences of their actions and hence (by his or her
choice) learn a valuable lesson the hard way instead of the easy way.

Aaaiiiiight peeps, time ta take on da world, gots tons of stuff ta do.
But it aint no thang. Peace out.

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 23 - 01

      Konniti wa tomodati!!

OH YEAH, we have survived another grueling work filled week and its
FRIDAY!!!!. Friday, ooooooh fRiiiday, friday is may favoriiiite daaaay....
aight aight i wont go into that song, but its mad tight. In any case, finally
done with work. Lookin' forward to going to Friday Night Live (the meeting of
all the Chi Alpha campus ministries college students across boston). It will
be the first time in a while that i see some of them kats. Well, i wont keep
you too long with random babble, on to Scripture eh?

      Kyoo, I read Matthew 25:42-45

42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and
you gave me nothing to drink 43 I was a stranger and you did not
invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick
and in prison and you did not look after me.' 44 "They also will
answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger
or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?"
45 "He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do
for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.'

Our homeboy Jesus is talking here about the day of judgement and about some
kats who will stand before God and say, "yooo, what you talkin about willis,
when did we not see you hungry....etc etc etc." I thought this passage really
important. As a Christian, we strive to be more like God, after all we are of
God and no longer of this world so why not go after the things of God. In
other words, we also strive to have the qualities of God as well -->
compassion, faithfullness, strength, LOVE, etc. So checkit, these kats are
dumbfounded because they dont see how they could have seen God, da One and
Only, hungry, thirsty or needin clothes. AHHH, there lies the truth. God
replies to them, "I tell you the truth..." (those 5 words again, and from the
very lips of Pops, oooohh maaaaan), "I tell you the truth, whatever you did
not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me." In other words,
how do we treat our fellow bruthaz and sistaz, whether friend or foe? Do we
emit the character of God. Do we show Love? God says whatever those kats did
not do for one of the least, they did not do for Him. Dem's deep words. It
shows that the depth of the love we should have. One never knows who exactly
s/he is helping. It could be that the kat you are aiding God specifically
wanted you to aid him/her. And in so doing fulfilled the will God. There is
no way we could tell that that person who comes to our door, or that person
we, out of pure love, go and help will come to see God through our deeds.
What better a witness than to show by actions as well as speech who God is and
what he has to offer each and everyone one of us. The message here potnas is
to not merely talk the talk. Anybody can merely talk the talk, anybody. But
it takes one who is truly committed, who truly knows the truth, to walk the
walk. Emit the character of God bruthaz and sistaz, show love. From love all
other things will flow.

Aight peeps, its dat time yo!!! Peace out!

      God bless,

      - patrick

         02 - 28 - 01

      Hey hey heY,

Wassup yo. Chillin over here, chillin over here. From here on out
though, this week is gonna be pretty tough, with work and all. The exams are
starting to happen too. AAAAAnd i just found out that the scripture email i
sent out yesterday didnt get sent....... I sent it via my aol address, but
through the web. So Im guessin the website did some screwy stuff and no one
got it. Well, it was in 1 Peter 3:15,16 which said:

But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give
an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that
you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, 16 keeping a clear
conscience so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior
in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.

Maybe in the future I'll write on this passage again, it is maaaad tight. But
TODAY's scripture is the following from 2 Timothy 1:7

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power,
      of love and of self-discipline.

I thought this pretty cool. In the previous verse, the writer spoke about
fanning into flame the gift of God which is in us. With this verse, he
explains how that is possible. Because Pops didnt give us a spirit of
timidity, he gave us a spirit surging with awesome power, overflowing in love,
and chillin in self-discipline. With Pops, aint nothing gonna hold us down.
Hence a spirit of power. Through Christ we can do all things according to the
will of God. And however God empowers us, man it'll be tight. Just think of
it, within you is the spirit that is coursing with energy and will and a
drive, power given to it by none other than the one and only God. Let that
badboy roar. Secondly along with that surge it is also overflowing with love.
Not petty love, but true love. The same love God has for us. Love that
continues to love even when someone does you wrong. Love that loves both
friend and foe. Love that forgives. Love that spurs you on to aid those
around you, love that disciplines, and love that affirms and uplifts. There's
much much more, many good things come from a heart that loves truthfully.
Finally, dat same spirit be chillin in self-discipline. In other words, ya
know when ta stop, what boundaries not to cross, how to control oneself in all
situations despite physical status, and mo'. Tight huh? To know that God has
also given us a spirit that is chillin in self-discipline. The question that
remains is, will you move by the spirit, or be a slave to the flesh? The
flesh masks all this good stuff, and if we listen to it, man we get into all
kinds of stuff. Meanwhile the spirit is callin and has stuff that can make
you better than ever, we only need to listen and then act.
